About The Chef
We are thrilled to welcome our new Executive Chef and Managing Partner, Mr. Armindo Romano and his daughter, Ms. Monica Romano to our team at Brothers Taverna.Chef Romano has been cooking Portuguese food and managing restaurants for thirty years, and has done so at the O’Fado, Olivera’s, Dini’s Restaurant, and more recently he and Monica operated the Trackside Bar and Grill in Peabody for the past 5 years.
Chef Romano will be designing and presenting a traditionally inspired Portuguese menu which will truly give our customers a true Taste of Portugal. Alongside the traditional Portuguese menu, Chef Romano will also be cooking daily specials that will feature new and rotating items created from fresh ingredients. Chef Romano’s menu features items such as his famous Portuguese Grilled Octopus, Portuguese Garlick Steak, and his Portuguese Seafood stew. This new offering gives our customers the best Portuguese food experience on the Northshore.
Chef Romano’s menu will be available beginning at 12:00 PM and will be served until 9:00 PM, every Tuesday through Sunday. We invite you to join us for the launch of our latest offering of traditional Portuguese food.
We will still be serving our traditional breakfast menu, and our popular lunch/dinner items, in addition to the Portuguese food.
